Western Elite Girls Hockey was started to be able to incorporate all players on the west in each birth year to compete and play together. We look to bring together players that want to keep developing in the summer.The most important aspect of any players game should be that they are having fun. We want to provide a fun experience for the players by going to competitive tournaments where they can showcase their skills. Depending on the players birth year will depend on what team they will be on and where the team will participate. For all our teams we bring in coaches with NCAA experience and a wealth of hockey knowledge to mentor the players during their time at the tournaments. They are passionate about giving back and sharing their respective stories of how they got to where they are now. As a program we believe it is important to be providing the players that join our birth year teams with direction, feedback, and a positive environment. We provide experience and knowledge of the recruitment process for the birth years of age to be going through this process. We believe the exposure aspect is important for the players of age therefore we choose tournaments that give the players the opportunity to be seen. We educate and mentor on the process and provide the players with the tools necessary to succeed.
